It Doesn't Take Long To Make Yourself Feel Better!
Spending 5 minutes on your face: FACE Cold winter winds deplete your skin of moisture. After cleansing, apply a hydrating mask: leave on for 3 mints. Then rinse off. Next, apply moisturizer. Look for a formula that replenishes nutrients naturally found in skin. Vitamin A & E. MAKEUP Apply gel-based blush. Blend it in with your fingertip, then top with a powder bronzer. The combination creates a natural-looking healthy flush. Add color and softness to your lips with an emollient berry or burgundy hued lip balm. Spending 1 minute on your face: FACE Use cleansing cloths. They are really quick and convient. And if you use cloths that contain moisturizers, you can cut your morning skin-care to one step. MAKE-UP Use mascara. If that's all the time you have use it, then add a little lip gloss and you're good to go. Ingredients you have in the house you can add to your bath water: 1 cup of powdered milk...great for softening the skin Sprinkle a couple drops of your favorite perfume into the running bath water.
